Chocolate base filled with a blueberry-chocolate chip jelly and a dark chocolate mousse. Topped with cream, crème fraiche, dark chocolate and blueberries.

Chocolate (white, 58 %, 70 %), lactose-free butter, sugar, cocoa powder, egg, gelatine, lactose-free cream, lactose-free milk, blueberry, lactose-free crème fraiche
Preservation and serving:
Keep in the fridge. Move the cake to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
