A fresh lime custard cake with a digestive biscuit base, topped with softly whipped cream & crème fraiche.
24 cm diameter (10-12 people)
digestive biscuits, low-lactose butter, egg yolks, lime juice, lime peel, condensed milk, vanilla sugar, lactose-free crème fraiche, lactose-free cream
Preservation and serving:
Keep in the fridge. Move the cake to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
